"clipPath" issue when exporting to eps

Bug Description

Hi there

I have 2 svg files, "ok.svg" and "missing.svg"
They are almost identical except the clipPath tag
<clippath in "ok.svg"
while <clipPath in "missing.svg".

I convert both svg to eps file as "ok.eps" and "missing.eps" respectively with InkScape.
"ok.eps" is fine but there are some texts is missing in "missing.eps"

OS : Windows 7
InkScape: inkscape-0.48.4-1-win32.exe
cairo 1.11.2

Known upstream bug in <= cairo 1.11.2, tracked for Inkscape in
- Bug #813886 “Save as EPS or PS incomplete with cairo >= 1.10”

Reproduced on OS X with Inkscape 0.48.4 and cairo 1.10.2, not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.4 and cairo 1.11.4, 1.12.2 and 1.12.8.
