Boolean operation restores deleted point

Bug Description

After deleting two points from a circular path and merging it via Boolean-Difference with a rectangle the circular portion got an extra point. This won´t happen in other vector-apps (Freehand and Intaglio tested so far)
(Edit: confirmed on Win7 and MacOSX SL)
