corel draw file are not imported

I tried to import a file created with corel draw 7 but it doesn't import, after some minutes appears only on line.
I tried to Open the same corel draw file .cdr it open a partially mess of objects existing in the file...
I tried with different files .cdr
I work with XP pro sp3

AFAIU UniConvertor 1.1.5 does not have support for text in CDR files…

Yes, I think it's the same problem. I want to get rid of old software and unified my files for future use but it seems that inkscape for me is useless...Sorry, I don't have time to spend in several report around the web...I wish you good luck with this inkscape software.
