Bug Description
Windows XP
Inkscape 0.48+devel r11950
Steps to reproduce:
* Open Inkscape normally, no parameters.
* Import a graphic file (jpg file in this particular case) and select "Link".
* Set Display mode to Outline.
* Try to select the images and move them. Won't work, the image objects are not possible to select normally any more.
However, to select an image object in outline mode I can draw a rectangle around it. But still I cannot move it, unless using the arrow keys on the keyboard.

Reproduced on Mac OS X 10.5.8 (32bit, cairo 1.10.2, 1.11.4) and OS X 10.7.4 (64bit, cairo 1.12.2, 1.12.8) with current trunk (r11951).
Testing with archived builds indicates that the original merge of the cairo-renderer introduced this regression:
- not reproduced with r10325 (before the merge)
- reproduced with latest revision 9598 of the cairo-rendering branch
- reproduced with r10330 (just after the merge)
Does not affect current stable (0.48.x) or trunk < r10326.
