problems with axonometric grid configuration

The configuration page for axonometric grid allows negative spacing values and angle values from -360 to 360, however, spacing values less than 0.05 or angles outside of 0-89 are silently truncated.

The grid class should accept all values that the configuration dialog accepts. (Probably, the configuration dialog should be changed to match the class, as opposed to the other way around.)

My bad; mixed up the origin and spacing... I'm on the fence if the UI for spacing should go to 0 when there is a non-zero minimum value enforced. The angles at least should be fixed, however.

[1] tbh I'm not really familiar with the terminology used in this report (and the earlier grid-related feature request bug #1087913), and unfortunately no information was given here on which Inkscape version the report is based on.

Bug #561503 is not related. From my reading, it sounds like Bug #583141 may have created this.

Confirmed. The UI should not allow users to select values outside the useful range.
