Bug Description
Simplify the input devices dialog (reference implementation is gimp).
Make all strings translatable.
Some of the advanced hardware/testing features can be hidden unless preference is enabled.

To enable test mode set pref "/dialogs/
"Save" didnt seem to work with or without this patch ...
