Use ImageMagick fallback when importing bitmap resolution

Bug #1085949 reported by jazzynico on 2012-12-03

Bug Description

Follow up to Bug #1080474 "JPEG resolution not imported in Windows".

PNG and JPEG files use specific code to import their resolution, but it's not the case for other bitmap file formats.
It would be relatively easy to use ImageMagick as a fallback (patch from Bug #165952, comment #12 could be a good start) to handle those cases.

Assigning to myself. I don't plan to work on it before 0.49 is out (we have almost reach feature freeze anyway). Don't hesitate to comment in the meanwhile.

Ok for GIF, TIFF and PNG import. Is it possible to add support for BMP files to complete the support of the most common raster image formats?

I confirm it BMP files are not correctly imported. I'll take a look as soon as possible.
