Inkscape try to write to Registry HKLM at Win7

Bug Description
In case Inkscape is not installed via installer it tries to write to HKEY_LOCAL_
Unfortunately this will rais the error "RegistryTool: Could not create the registry key 'SOFTWARE\
entVersion\App Paths\inkscape.
I would suggest to change it in the way, that if inkscape does not find its self in above registry key it shall write to HKEY_CURRENT_
