Some random objects are not printed when projects are large

Bug Description

When printing large projects (where large means e.g. >600 text objects, >1300 paths, >300 rectangles, but it does not depend on whether it is one layer or multiple layers) some object (about half of them) are not printed at all. Whether or not object is printes seems not to depend on the object tab order.
Tried printing on HP Designjest T1100ps 24in PS3, but exactly the same issues appear when printing to PDF with BullZIP PDF printer.
The same SVG file opened and printed from IE9 does not show any of the issues described here.
This seems to show up only for SVG documents having large number of objects (paths, texts (does not depend on the number of fonts used though), lines with arrows, rectangles). No gradients where used in the subject SVG files.
If object is not printed that it means it is not printed in whole.
Page size was either A1 or ARCH-D. SVG file size was 1,3MB.

No workaround found so far. The only way to print it is to use other software to open SVG file and print it from there.
Version of Inkscape: Inkscape 0.48.2 r9819
It does not depend on the OS. (Tested on Win7 64bit and Windows Server 2008R2).

Does saving a copy as PDF using Inkscape's own PDF export (via 'File > Save a copy…') produce a correct result, or is it affected by the same issue?
Do you use filter effects (e.g. Blur) on the objects which are missing? Maybe you could attach a sample SVG file to allow testing on other systems with different versions of inkscape…

Thanks for the quick reply.

To answer your question. Exporting to PDF works fine. I forgot about this option.
I couldn't attach the original file that is causing this issue becuase it contains confidential content.
However I took my time and I wrote a quick obfuscation tool, so I was able to create
a file that repros this behaviour.

Please find this file attached.

Thanks, Radek

Any chance you reattach the file using the web interface for this bug report (see link the the bottom of this message), and maybe rename the ZIP archive to ASCII characters first, without spaces)? The name of the email attachment apparently got completely mangled (either by the MUA, or the launchpad servers processing the attachment), and launchpad fails to find it now based on the generated link.

Adding an obfuscated version of the SVG file that is causing this issue.
