Allow extensions to change selection

Bug Description

Presently, an extension can see what objects are selected by a command-line parameter, but can't alter the selection. A better method might be to add (at least before passing to extensions) an inkscape:selected="true" attribute to all selected objects. The extension can then select or deselect objects by changing this attribute.
This depends on Bug #271117 (which I imagine happens because there's no telling if the selection is still valid after the extension has made arbitrary changes to the DOM, so this would fix that bug as well.)
