Automatically closed rectangle path while PostScript export

Bug Description

When vertices of path are identical to vertices of a rectangle then the path is closed (without reason) while exporting to PS/PDF.
Example:
www.olsak.net/mirek/rectpath.svg
www.olsak.net/mirek/rectpath.pdf
www.olsak.net/mirek/rectpath.eps

Inkscape version: 0.48.2
OS: Gentoo Linux, 64-bit
