Inkscape not printing to spooled OKI on Windows 7

Bug Description
Version: Inkscape 0.48.2 r9819
OS: Windows 7 home starter and Windows 7 home Premium 64 bit
Printer: OKI c810 networked.
Bug: When I try to print a file to the printer everything goes through fine but nothing is sent to the printer, this happens on 2 different PCs but I do not have the same problem on a Windows Vista PC. All other programs print fine to the printer
Workaround found:
On the affected PCs if I change from "Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster" to "Print directly to the printer" it prints fine, however it does lock up the computer until printing is finished, which is not ideal for other programs.
