pattern-fill with dot broken when convert to EPS

In version 0.48.3.1 r9886 on Windows 7, the pattern fill with Polka dot always broken, when the SVG convert to EPS, which works fine with previous version.

I also attached the file as example.

Inkscape 0.48.4 r (Dec 19 2012)
inkscape-trunk 0.48.4+27~precise1 on unbuntu
still have the same issue.

- confirmed on Windows XP, Inkscape rev 11668.
- the pdf output appears to be normal.

AFAICT not similar but duplicate of bug #668750:
- Not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48 and cairo 1.8.10
- Reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.2, 0.48.3.1 and current trunk with
   cairo 1.10.2, 1.11.4, 1.12.2 and 1.12.4

Results vary slightly depending on cairo version, but none > 1.8.10 produces an EPS file which renders the pattern-filled paths similar to the SVG. Cairo 1.12.4 even produces an empty pattern fill AFAICT.

Attaching EPS file exported with older OS X package of Inkscape 0.48 (which includes cairo 1.8.10):
This seems to be the latest cairo version which exports the pattern fill to EPS/PS as expected.
