--export-pdf crashes with inkscape trunk

Reproducible on:
Tested this using the current ubuntu quantal alpha and on mac os X, both on 64-bit machines.

How to trigger:
inkscape --export-pdf=Crash.pdf Crash.svg
The bug is only triggered if Crash.svg exists.

What happens:
Program received signal SIGABRT, Aborted.

What was expected:
A PDF version of the SVG file is output

Saving files as PDF from the gui works as expected, though.

reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape rev 11668, DOS exit message is:

C:\InkscapeBZR\inkscape>inkscape --export-pdf=\windows\temp\crash.pdf \windows\temp\crash.svg
** Message: Error: Inkscape encountered an internal error and will close now.

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Inkscape::Extension::Extension::param_not_exist'

- not reproduced on Windows 7, Inkscape 0.48.3.1

Testing with archived builds on Mac OS X 10.5.8 (32bit) and OS X 10.7.4 (64bit):
- not reproduced with <= r11649
- reproduced with >= r11655

-> likely a regression introduced with r11654 for bug #499965.

yes, maybe related to fact that two independent options, areaDrawing and areaPage, have been merged into a single option called area.
