Known upstream bug in cairo 1.10, fixed in cairo 1.12 (not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.2 and 0.48.3.1 with cairo 1.12.2)

Linking as duplicate to Bug #813886 “Save as EPS or PS incomplete with cairo >= 1.10”

Same file exported as PostScript (export area is drawing) with Inkscape 0.48.2 and cairo 1.12.2 (on OS X 10.7.4).
