Bug Description

1. Translated the main part of the website into simplified Chinese (zh_CN).
2. Modified the flags sprite (uploaded as a comment)
3. Replacing $HTTP_GET_VARS (is server running a lower version of php?) with $_GET
4. Adding a parameter (?lang=$lang) to a link in order to make a smooth transition.
