Bug Description
Now, most dialogs are floatable and dockable in trunk.
Guides workflow could get a significant boost when this behaviour is copied to the guides dialog.
So, it would be handy to have the guides dialog (double click on a guide):
- floatable and dockable
- content adapts when selecting different guides

How would this work?
(The current dialog is modal, having it docked it would block the whole window. Making the dialog non-modal doesn't work either with the current implementation of guides: they are not selectable as objects - how would you connect the data displayed in the docked dialog to a guide, and make that visible to the user?)
