Bug Description

Feature: It would be good if inkscape could export to other formats but bitmap. I typically like png. When ever I export in bitmap the quality is typically poor.

BTW - 'File > Export bitmap…' does export to PNG (not Windows BMP). For details, please read the related section in the manual:
