Bug Description

With GTK+ 3 builds, a pretty odd selection of devices appears in the input-devices dialog (see screenshot). For example, I see the power-button, keyboard etc listed in the "Tablet" subtree. Ticking the checkbox next to any of these items yields a predictable GDK warning:

Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_device_get_n_axes: assertion `gdk_device_get_source (device) != GDK_SOURCE_KEYBOARD' failed

(Issue seen with lp:inkscape r11566, Ubuntu 12.04, amd64)

Should be fixed in lp:inkscape r11571. The input device list still seems to have some quirks, but at least only sensible devices appear there now.

Changed in inkscape:

importance: Undecided → Low
status: New → Fix Released

removed: gtk3-regression
