Bug Description
I use a 2-monitor setup horizontal and vertical with bottom parts aligned: i.e. _| (lines indicate orientation, both 1920x1200)
As a result the desktop coordiantes (0,0) -> (720,1920) do not lie on any screen. This is not accounted for by Inkscape.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create and save a SVG
2. Close Inkscape
3. Change the window position in the SVG source to (0,0) -> (400,400)
4. Open the file by double-clicking
5. Inkscape opens the window at (0,0) -> (400,400) which is now completely off screen.
Observed with Inkscape 0.48 on Win7.
