My Version: Inkscape 0.48.1 r9760
I could send You a file, which ist created in Inkscape, but it is not possible to import correctly in Corel Draw.

Could you attach a screenshot how the file renders in CorelDraw?

which AFAICT is not Inkscape's fault (CorelDraw doesn't seem to support valid features of SVG 1.1).
Note: for exchanging SVG files with other applications, you might want save a copy as 'Plain SVG' (instead of using the original saved as 'Inkscape SVG'). 'Inkscape SVG' is also valid SVG 1.1, but contains special attributes (in its own namespace(s)) for custom features.
You could also test whether any of the options of the file format 'Optimized SVG' help with CorelDraw's (limited (?)) SVG support.
