Bug Description

* Follow-up report for bug #943200 <Gdk-CRITICAL warnings when using color gestures>
* Inkscape 0.48+devel r11429
* Ubuntu Precise, amd64

To reproduce:
* Draw a shape
* Click and drag vertically from the Fill Indicator (as described in "Color Gestures" section in manual[1])
>> Mouse cursor does not change to the expected "+/-" symbol

If a horizontal drag motion is used, then the cursor *does* change correctly.

What might be added here, but doesn't relate to bug per se. Cursor fails to reflect keyboard modifier change.

The Hue, Saturation, Lightness and Alpha cursors only seam to update,
when the cursor is moved over the fill style indicator in the bottom left corner.

Decreasing the dragging distance seems to fix the bug (see patch attached). But I haven't tested how it affects other parts of the UI...
