Bug Description

Hi,
I found when I'm typing in canvas of inkscape with input method, the gtk_im_context_set_cursor_location is set with wrong area, the area is suppose to use the coordinate of window, seems inkscape currently set it with "canvas coordinate" which is obviously wrong.

To be more concrete, the coordinate is the relative coordinate to the "blinking cursor" in the screen, the width is the width of the cursor, usually set to zero is ok, and the height is the cursor height. For this you can check other widget implementation.
