Add ability to lock certain aspects of an edit page

Bug Description

Feature Request to add the ability to lock certain parts of an edit page.

Use Case:
OpenLibrary/PDRegistry.ca might like to prevent users from editing the ISBN number.

Current Workaround:
Remove those data fields from the edit template. Does not prevent it from ever happening, just the ability to do so is not obvious (yes, obscurity security).

Thanks.

There are a number of incorrect ISBNs (and many books are currently
missing them) so I'm not sure locking the field is a good idea.

Beyond just the ISBN fields, the idea that solrize brought up and larger in scope, is to have the ability to lock parts of a page and/or a page temporarily as well as possible vandal attacks, or to keep out spammers similar to how wikipedians can lock wikipedia pages for different periods of time up to indefinite.

For pdregistry.ca vices, the idea is that there is some info that is lockable and harder to edit. If there is this feature, it would be easier to allow this.

For AC they want their original dataset locked, which it is, since new versions are created upon editing and their is a history. ;)
