Bug Description
By default, the infogami site template does:
<p>
$:page
</p>
The infogami page template does:
<p>
$:format(page)
</p>
and the format function wraps text in <p>s. Both the <p> tags in the templates should be removed.
Also, Log In and Log Out should be made lowercase (log in, log out).
