Bug Description

viewing old version of a book should look at old version of author objects and ideally old version of templates

If you view an old version of a book page on Open Library it will show with the current book template and current information about the author. This feature request is suggesting that it should show the author and templates as they appeared when the old version of the page was current. We can do this because we have full revision history for authors and templates, we can look up old versions.
