Backlinks don't properly list the index page

On backlinks, the index page is listed as "" and thus isn't clickable.

Backlinks works only on pages of type type/page. type of index page is different, so it does not make sence to have backlinks there.

either type of index page must be changed to type/page or backlinks link must be removed.

Which template are you trying to edit?

But when I go to the template in the wiki, I do not see the backlinks link:

So, I went back to our earlier practice of editing things via SFTP - which was probably unnecessary - but the template looked correct (the backlinks link was in the code).
