Bug Description
Same as bug #1193977, adding the ppa to the repository and running "apt-get update" will return "404 not found". The ppa needs to be updated for 13.10 (wonder why this hasn't been reported before, this tool is so useful). Temporary workaround is to change the lines in "/etc/apt/
deb http://
# deb-src http://
to install the raring version.
