Application indicators keep shifting with {Net} updates

Hi,
this bug it very similar to #743651.
I had already posted this in that bug, but after "Fix Released" status, so maybe noone saw it.

Well, as the {net} usage flips between single and double digit (or byte/something-else) the application indicators shift left and right by a few pixels. I suggest:

%d000MB|KB|##/s

where ## is for "bytes" and can be:
- 2 spaces
- BB
- BY
- BT
- :)
- ...

because it is very distracting.

I agree - I love using this applet for ongoing display of network speed up and down.

However the resizing affects all the other indicators and is very distracting.

We need an option to have a fixed width maybe?

When setting the label for the icon, the maximum size can also be set (to tell the indicator framework how much room the label may take up). So I believe the solution is to call set_label( labelText, guide ) as per https://lazka.github.io/pgi-docs/AppIndicator3-0.1/classes/Indicator.html#AppIndicator3.Indicator.set_label.

As an aside, the maintenance of this indicator has been taking up by another developer at https://github.com/fossfreedom/indicator-sysmonitor.
