Network traffic timing problem, version 0.4.2

Bug Description

Network traffic output reports nonsensical values on my system.
The values are read from the output of this command:
ifstat -a -n -q -S -T 0.5 1

(While rsyncing my music collection to my htpc over eth1)

As you can see, the network speeds jump up and down.
When I change the command to:

ifstat -a -n -q -S -T 2 1
The output becomes:

        lo eth0 eth1 Total
 KB/s in KB/s out KB/s in KB/s out KB/s in KB/s out KB/s in KB/s out
    0.16 0.16 0.00 0.00 38.19 1696.53 38.35 1696.69
        lo eth0 eth1 Total

Which is much closer to reality :-)

So I changed the line in /usr/bin/indicator-sysmonitor
ifstat -a -n -q -S -T 0.5 1
to
ifstat -a -n -q -S -T 2 1
I set update interval to 2.0, and now indicator-sysmonitor is working again.
