Bug Description

ISO Testing Trusty I got this error during the Live CD boot, in ubiquity before having the menu "try ubuntu" and "install ubuntu"

It doesn't occur with a Live CD WITHOUT Persistence file. It looks like it's related to an ubiquity bug with persistence file.
