Bug Description
Adding a new user using the "Users and Groups" Administration tool does not add the user to the fast user switch part of the Session Menu until it is reloaded (for most users this would be by logging out and back in, or even restarting).
It would be nice to be able to switch straight to the newly created user without having to click the "Switch from ..." and, on systems not supporting KMS, waiting unnecessarily for the greeter to appear.
