Phone app states no network but top notofication bar good signal

Bug Description

Phone Meisu MX4 - software 15.04(r3) updated on 20/07/2015. I first checked that the phone was not in flight mode(it wasn't). With no network stated in the phone app, I tried 2G , 2G3G, setting, syncing each time to Tesco (o2) in the UK, all looked OK in the setting menu and top notification bar with good signal strength plus TESCO listed as the network in mobile settings. I then checking again with the phone app (tried to call a number) and the app states "no network". This is the first time I have seen this, the only difference I can think of is I was in an isolated location with no wifi. I turned the wifi and gps off / on a few times and after this network came back in the phone app (very strange).

Note, general comment. Text is very dim and small , almost unreadable in some menus. If you add a customer back ground picture to scopes (I have on my bq and mx4) then unless the background is very light you cant read the text. Please consider this as android users are used to pictures behind icons with text. I don't think simple white backgrounds on scopes will be enough for most general users. Thanks
