Panel icons are messed up

Bug Description
With the Radiance theme, the top panel icons are very light grey. OK for Ambiance, but not Radiance.
Also, with prior versions, we had nice color icons that changed with temp changes, to show green/yellow/red conditions. Any chance of bring back that feature?
Where can I get the prior version with these features? It worked so much better for me (not counting under the hood improvements that you might have made).
