Bug Description

I just noticed that the Asr prayer time is 16:39 while it should be 15:39

This may be caused by Mazhab
Try to change mazhab from 'Hanafi' to 'Default'.

I think I need to retitle the bug then :)
I changed the Mazhab but the changes didn't reflect until I restarted the application.

Yes, you should restart the app in order to apply new settings.
However, you can report a new bug about this problem.
