Computer thinks hes charging when unplugged

I unplugged 30min ago and computer still shows how much till fully chaged.

UPDATE:

Added new sceenshot- battery showing red but not then info updating.
Also clicking INFO (where mouse is in screenshot) doent open now the Power monitor tool.

Can you run this command when you have this problem:

cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/state

and post the output? Thanks!
