Bug Description
The power indicator doesn't show any kind of label above the screen brightness slider, which makes it rather hard to figure out what the slider is for.

Matthew, adding text would be a pretty easy thing to do, but I'd like some design guidance here -- this isn't in the design spec and iiuc was intended as a stopgap until the brightness control was available in ubuntu- system- settings.
However I've also heard discussion about leaving it in the indicator, but don't recall if it was you talking or idle chat.
So we need to do /something/ here for 13.10, either removing the slider altogether or adding a label to it.
