Bug Description

see summary.

<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Networking#wi-fi-authenticating>: "When you choose 'Connect', the dialog should remain open to show connection progress ... If authentication fails, a variation of the dialog should appear. If you had just entered authentication details, this dialog should morph from the previous one."

Entering a too-short passphrase is a separate bug: the dialog shouldn't let you do that in the first place.

(This part of the Networking spec is under construction at the moment, sorry, but the detail about showing connection progress in the corner of the dialog is ready to implement.)
