Bug Description
There is no pin entry entry in network indicator or in any of the indicators.
pin entry worked through /usr/share/
After that cellular network indicator bars are shown.
The network indicator menu only shows the available wifi networks, then "Wifi settings...", "Cellular settings..."

The current sim unlock logic is a bit flaky.
Working to land a new version which improves the situation,
