Bug Description

TEST CASE:
1. Go to system-settings/Wifi
2. Enable Wifi to list available networks
3. Select a WPA protected Wifi network to display the WPA authentication dialog
4. Do not dismiss the dialog and select another (or the same) WPA protected network

EXPECTED RESULT
Either the dialog is modal and it is not possible at all to select another network or the authentication dialog of the second network replaces the 1rst one

ACTUAL RESULT
Several WPA authentication dialogs are displayed simultaneously (cf screenshot)
