Bug Description

Editing the options 'Monitored Resources' and 'System monitor width' doesn't seem to have any impact.

Gnome extensions active (nothing changes even after disabling them):
"Pixel Saver"
"Status area horizontal spacing"

I have just discovered this add-on and likewise have the issue of the size adjustment not working.

In addition I get an almost blinking cursor effect on the graph itself, showing the same partial graph (just four-five pixel widths wide) on and off, on and off.

Hover the mouse over it and a full graph is shown, only static. Move away, it's back to blinking.

Bionic 18.04.1.

Same issue. I've used System Load Indicator for several years, on all my Ubuntu installations. I really miss it, so I hope this gets fixed soon!
