Bug Description
The problem:
When an application which has a permanent indicator in the messaging menu like empathy is removed, the indicator in the menu stays as long as Application Indicators are not reloaded by pkill, logout or reboot.
Desirable behavior:
Indicator from the messaging menu should be removed as soon as the indicators file from /usr/share/
May be a Trigger for indicators should be added when installing or removing packages.
