Translator comments for strings containing h & m (for hours & minutes?)

Binary package hint: indicator-messages

Please provide translator comments for strings containing h & m. I suppose they are used for hours & minutes? Also mention if translators are allowed to use only 1 chararcter, like the english one, if this is the case.
