Too hard to click Newfoundland on the map- seems to detect as St. Pierre & Miquelon.

Bug Description
Reproduce:
1) Click the clock in the panel
2) Time & date settings...
3) Click on Newfoundland.
There's a good change you accidentally clicked Miquelon. It's in a different timezone, so it's a bit of a papercut. It's also a problem considering the population of Newfoundland vs Miquelon.
