Bug Description

We've got some configuration items, we need to configure them. dconf-editor isn't an answer. Some discussion on this bug though, as it might make sense to have an integration with the time capplet or a separate dialog.

@Ted, is there a list of the configuration items required? Or should I poke the code directly for them?

What's the status on this task? Is there an approved definition of the settings that need to go into a GUI? Some of that should already be covered by the datetime menu spec. Unless there is further feedback from design on this bug, I recommend we stick to the existing spec for the Natty plan.
