Bug Description
My cpu is i7-3667U, 2.0 Ghz, with turbo goes to 3.1Ghz.
I did a fresh install of Ubuntu 12.04.02. /sys/devices/
However, i7z estimates show that the cpu is able to run at 3.1Ghz, while cat /proc/cpuinfo is capped at 2.0Ghz.
