Indicators should have way to exclude themselves from HUD

Bug Description

There are some indicators that don't make sense to be in the HUD. They should be able to say that:

Any news here?

On my netbook the HUD is about unusable with ClassicMenu Indicator as its search is way to slow and often needs to much input to find what I'm looking for.

There is a performance problem with HUD when the indicator's menu change. Here an example :

With the user home on NFS.

When the 'indicator-multiload' is started with one update per second, 'hud-service' generates 400KB/s of network traffic.
