Bug Description
Indicator-Appmenu only shows the menu of the current focused window. This behavior isn't that nice when an Application has more than one window and only one of them has a menu ( like GIMP or Lazarus).
It would be nice if indicator-appmenu would always show the menu of the main-window no matter what window of the application has currently the focus.

I don't think it needs design. If I understand it correctly, this is already specified in Bug 646029: https:/ /wiki.ubuntu. com/MenuBar# Determining_ the_active_ window
