Bug Description
Binary package hint: indicator-appmenu
When a window is made insensitive or non-interactive, the insensitivity is supposed to include the menubar. With the global menu, that does not happen. For example: open Nautilus and try to empty the trash. You will be free to use the menubar during the confirmation dialog, and you are not supposed to be able to.
