Bug Description

Hi guys, this is my first bug-report.
I was checking out indicator applet appmenu in Ubuntu 14.04 and the gnome-flashback environment. It had some bugs:

First: Software center, google chrome and programs running with sudo (synaptic for example), the menu isn't shown in the panel. It would be great if this could be fixed.

Secondly: It knocked out some of the panel objects, but they could be replaced with other objects.

Software center and google chrome runs fine now.

Just the component-collision and sudo stuff remains.
